Ok so I know what you’re thinking… Kristina, what does being humble have to do with pursuing my dreams? Actually, it has everything to do with pursuing your dreams. In fact, we should be humble in everything we do.

I’m SO excited that you’re coming on this journey for me. Be sure to get connected and follow me on social media (links at the bottom of this post). Love you ladies!!
HEY THERE! SO IF YOU’VE BEEN FOLLOWING ME THE PAST FEW WEEKS, YOU’RE AWARE OF OUR SERIES BE. STAY. GO. I’M ALL ABOUT HELPING OTHER PASSIONATE YOUNG WOMEN TO FOLLOW THEIR GOD-GIVEN DREAMS. IF YOU’RE NEW, I SUGGEST EVENTUALLY CATCHING UP HERE. 🙂
I absolutely LOVE books. And I love BUYING books!!! However, I have one major dilemma. I keep buying more books than I actually read. Like seriously, y’all have no idea. I have piles of books around my room that are just waiting to be cracked open. So I’ve decided to try something new. Each month, I’m going to have a ‘reading list.’ This is where I’ll choose 2-3 books that I want to finish by the end of the month. And by posting them here, I am making myself accountable to you. 🙂
Today’s post is going to be short and sweet. We’re going to be talking about staying focused. And I will be giving you 7 keys that will help you to stay focused.
Have you ever felt so overwhelmed that you just felt like giving up? That there’s not enough fight left inside of you to push through? You’re just no longer happy doing what you once loved. I want you to take a moment and place your hand over your heart. You feel that? It’s your heartbeat. You’re alive, with a purpose only you can fulfill. You have passions and dreams that God has given you and you want to make a difference in your world.
So get your dream journal out because today we are going to be focusing on these two things: purpose and distractions.
Yes, I know I’m a day late. But success! I still wrote this week’s post… and it’s just for YOU!! So grab your dream journal, and let’s get going!

First off, I want to say that I hope you ladies had a wonderful Easter!! I know I did. God moved in our service and I’m so happy with how everything turned out so perfectly.
So today I was inspired to do an OOTD (outfit of the day post). Why? Because my sister’s outfit was ON POINT.
I know we’re already a few months into the new year. Some people are right on track with their 2015 goals, while the majority of us gave up on ours. For me, every year it’s the same old story. I decided a few years back that I wasn’t going to make resolutions anymore… but I was going to start making small, attainable goals that would help to accomplish a bigger goal. But what I quickly realized was that it doesn’t matter what you call it, goals or resolutions, you can still end up abandoning them after a few short weeks. Continue reading
